Sessional Football Coach

At YMCA Humber we support young people through a range of youth work approaches, providing much needed group work, youth club activities and outreach intervention.

We are currently looking for Sessional Staff to work alongside our existing team in the delivery of structured Football Sessions within our Youth Club provision.

With the ability to inspire, energise and motivate young people aged 5 – 18 years, you will create and maintain a safe, inclusive environment for everyone accessing YMCA Humber, and have the knowledge to understand their needs and tailor programmes accordingly.

With training, experience and qualifications in FA Football Development you will facilitate a range of centre-based work within the East Marsh of Grimsby, whilst helping our youth club members gain the essential skills required within the sport.

As a Sessional Worker and Qualified Football Coach you will have the ability to work to a fluid, ad-hoc rota, covering annual leave, absence and additional sessions. 

As a Real Living Wage Employer YMCA Humber offers qualified Sports Coaches a rate of: 

• £13.00 per hour (plus additional annual leave allowances.)
