Youth Sports Coaches are essential in the delivery of various outreach, community and centre-based sports work across the East Marsh of Grimsby and beyond. Through facilitation of sporting activities for young people aged 5 - 18 years, our team have the adaptability and qualifications to deliver sport and physical activity for all of our members.

Sessional Football Sports Coach

At YMCA Humber we support young people through a range of youth work approaches, providing much needed group work, youth club activities and outreach intervention.

We are currently looking for Sessional Staff to work alongside our existing team in the delivery of structured Football Sessions within our Youth Club provision.

With the ability to inspire, energise and motivate young people aged 5 – 18 years, you will create and maintain a safe, inclusive environment for everyone accessing YMCA Humber, and have the knowledge to understand their needs and tailor programmes accordingly.

Hours and Rate of Pay:

£12.60 per hour (plus holiday allowance)
Sessional Work is fluid to meet the needs of the business.

Qualifications:

Level 1 Football Coaching (working towards Level 2)
Safeguarding Children and Young People
Football Association First Aid
